The reason i got involved in this project is because I am passionate about improving services and outcomes for children and young people in care, care experienced adults and the LGBTQ+ community. The project aimed to address the dearth in knowledge exploring multiple intersecting disadvantages that UK lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) care-leavers face, based on gender, sexual orientation and being care experienced.
